Prior to starting Hamilton Management Company, LLC, he managed Commercial Property for a period of 18 years in the asphalt business & civil construction for 18 years which included Project Manager for 9 years Paving; Maintenance Division Manager for 6 years; and, Arizona Operations Manager for 3 years.

As a Homeowner’s Association Manager with a CAAM Certification and 17 years of experience. Duties include communicating with HOA Boards about the legal and governmental information to professionally and securely assure that an HOA will properly implement HOA Board requirements; meet the needs of the HOAs membership and have access to secure methods of reporting the HOA’s financial information including the management of the accounts receivable.
